On this Thanksgiving, we thank you for:

- proudly sharing your vision with the world.
- looking at problems from a different perspective.

- interrupting conversations with “I just got a great idea that I want to write down.”
- asking yourself “How could this be better?”
- knowing the difference between patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.
- loving the smell of an inventor’s notebook in the morning because it smells like victory.
- being so innovative that your friends compare you to Doc Brown.
- promptly responding to our requests.
- not laughing at Patent and Trademark Office rules.
- ignoring those who doubt you or your innovation.
- Googling the worst inventions and the worst trademarks for a laugh.
- examining the world for “pain points” and “un-felt needs”.
- beating inventor’s block with an undulating oscillator.
- waking up at 3 a.m. to write down your latest idea.
- not waiting for somebody else to do it first.
- having the courage to start a new venture in the face of uncertainty.
- working hard and risking everything.
