The number of Nevada trademark applications filed in June decreased 9% to 425. This is a 18% increase from June 2013.
The number of Nevada trademarks that were registered in June decreased 12% to 178. This is a 9% increase from June 2013.
Definitions
Nevada trademark applications are applications that have been filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and that are owned by entities that have a Nevada address. Once a Nevada trademark application has been examined and approved and all requirements have been satisfied, it becomes a Nevada registered trademark.
